Chromosome scaffolder assembly options

I have utilized the Illumina data with the masurca tool to assemble the bacterial genome and generated 79 contigs. However, I am looking to improve the quality of my work and have downloaded closely related reference genomes to make a scaffold at the chromosome level.

Could you provide me with some guidance on how to use chromosome scaffolder options with the reference genome assembly? I would greatly appreciate your assistance and expertise with this matter.
