rust simple fast-cgi server to list html files.
Purpose, for shared hosting environment, if don't want to use PhP, or python or bash for some 100 reasons, using golang and rust are viable solution.
This project serves as the backend api for Angular,React like rich front-end application, it does simple things like sending a list of html files and adding new files in json.
For hobby website, without database, most work can be done by front-end, this just does the minimal.
