DQA V3.9.1

Quick edits to the temporal outliers check. Some try statements where issues may have occurred. Location report prints more messages for debugging potential issues.

DQA V3.9 October 2020

This is the v3.9 PEDSnet DQA release. It includes some revisions based on changes in dplyr and additions to our vocabularies. Some bugs have also been corrected from past iterations.

DQA V3.8 Patch July 2020

Added try errors and checks for remote site DQA.

DQA V3.8 for June 2020

This release includes updates for the v3.8 CDM. It also expands vocabularies for checks that have been throwing 'invalid concept_id' errors for valid concepts and raises the threshold on recently added features to trigger a change in missingness check.

DQA V3.7 for March 2020

This version includes all updates for the v3.7 PEDSnet submission cycle. Changes include the addition of the hash_token table and expanded value sets for checks.

DQA V3.6 for December 2019

This package includes small corrections to checks added in v3.5. The lists for accepted care_site specialties and immunization body sites have been extended as well.

DQA for V3.5 September 2019

This is the release for V3.5 of the PEDSnet DQA. This package includes additional fields for the immunization table, location table, and a new location history report.

This is the updated DQA for v3.4 for August, 2019. This includes 3 new checks, some updated data values in the DQ data catalog folder, and fixes to earlier checks.
