Since TTM is used by the radar:pi plugin for (M)ARPA targets I'd had to investigate a little. |

The radar I have installed (Furuno FAR-28x7 Series) provides relative course and speed for aquired target. Propose correct implementation of conversion from relative to true course and speed of tracked arpa target.
