DRAM0_SIZE is now defined as CFG_TZDRAM_START, allowing for dynamic configuration. DRAM0_SIZE_NSEC is modified to calculate the size relative to DRAM0_BASE. Signed-off-by: Wen Bin <a1231512a@163.com> Acked-by: Jens Wiklander <jens.wiklander@linaro.org>

This pull request contains changes identical to those proposed in pull request #6718 , which was previously closed. Due to some troubles in my life, I was unable to address the feedback and make the necessary modifications until now.
