This PR uses a new detailed error struct (ErrCtAssignedToLinkDetail) in the SDK to trigger clearing Connectivity Templates when both:

  • the user has requested it via clear_cts_on_destroy
  • the user's configuration has orphaned a LAG by reassigning all of its member links to other roles

Closes #657
