Outputs csv q-file from trace key values. This helps in certain situations involving floating datum statics (and other things). Also allows output of trace sample values into the csv q-file.
Mostly intended to pad missing 3D cdps post-stack to help with 2D by 2D migration sequences. But can also be useful for 2D surveys as well.
