@marcoa6 most of the Caching section in the semantics.md doc is now a duplicate of what's there in cloud-doc and linked pages, which leads to redundancy and double to effort to maintain. Should we just have the Cache section point to the cloud-doc page ?

Discussed this separately with @marcoa6 . We'll do a complete de-dup of semantics.md with the cloud-docs as a separate activity.
