This module is from the download-curl package. Originally under
Network.Curl.Download. This module in particular has a nice and simple api with no dependencies. Unlike the rest of download-curl which has a bunch of dependencies that are now old and download-curl is unmaintained (can't even find its git repo). Would be great to just have download-curl's most useful module available here with no extra dependency cost.
