Introduction

I am a Forest Engineer with Msc. in Geomatics, Remote Sensing and Spatial Models applied to Forest Management. I am currently working at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences as a Research Assistant, and also teaching R through the Udemy platform (more info below).

  • rpostgis: An R package providing an interface between R and PostGIS-enabled PostgreSQL databses.
  • forestdata: An R package with some functions to retrieve forestry and land cover data from various sources (not published on CRAN).
  • duckspatial: A small wrapper around reading/writting functions to DuckDB database in R (not published on CRAN).
