Contains submodule links to all smaller script packages within the Beatson Microbial Genomics group.

Current Modules

• Dryad-SA

  Standalone version of Dryad, a phylogenetics pipeline.

• binCrisp

  A CRISPR detection and visulisation tool

• mapContigs

  Contig mapper and visualisation tool

• merge-genbank

  Merges seperate GenBank records

• seqhandler

  SeqHandler provides low level operations on sequence files (FASTA, GenBank or EMBL files).

• wgsfetch

  Retrieves genomes from WGS database given a particular search term.
