XP Gains Not Working with Leadership On

when using leadership abilities, only getting leadership xp, even when hitting. when i turn them off, i get everything else.

Additional player details:

It happened when using soldiers speed+ dedication, and also when using just dedication. Turning them off and I got 2h, force, and armor xp. Turning it back on, only leadership.
I was fighting tusken raiders and womprats on tatooine.

Bug Report
Does not recieve xp for skills used in combat. Is armed and kills enemies with one-handed weapons and martial arts, but only recieve leadership xp. Leadership used to be lower than One-Handed and Martial Arts but is now higher. In the rare instances that I do recieve xp for all skills I recieve significantlky less Martial Arts, leaving it lagging behind.
