Pull name color from twitch

Splitting the twitch integration suggestion from #6 into a separate issue. This is for if twitch integration is added for auth.

Pull the color from twitch and have it set the color. Add a front-end option to use twitch colors or custom colors. If the cookie for the color is set, then don't pull from twitch.

Since there is a range of valid colors, maybe pull twitch readable versions of the color.

Pulling emotes from twitch (#10) will use a lot of the same functionality as this, so this issue will have to wait until that one is finished.
