I think that we should add that it is necessary to start WW with
--UseTor=EnabledOnlyRunning --TorSocksPort=9050
Otherwise it won't work.
Thinking about it, we should really set TorSocksPort to its default value (9050) when EnabledOnlyRunning is set. I'll try to create a small PR to improve this today or tomorrow.
