Add description column to personal access token

Describe your problem

We can add multiple PERSONAL ACCESS TOKENS. However all of them are saved and displayed as ID. It is very hard to figure out which one is which in case we need to revoke revoke it.

Describe your ideal solution

Can you please add an description column on the page (allow user modify) to indicate the purpose for this access token. Since it is less important to see "CREATION DATE", you can probably replace that column with "Description".
