当tablewidget列表有数据且右侧有显示滚动条时
触摸板快速滑动列表，当滚动条滚动到顶部或者底部时，列表抖动的很厉害
下面录制的GIF图因为帧数原因不是很明显，实际上抖动的比较厉害
复现代码：直接example下的tablewiget的demo即可复现

滚轮会抖动吗

滚轮会抖动吗

没用过，晚上回去试试鼠标滚轮，如果我按住右侧滚动条快速滑动的话就正常

试了滚轮不会抖动，只有触摸板快速滑动到顶部和底部的时候容易出现，window试了也会出现，但是抖动的没mac厉害

应该是 qfluentwidgets/common/smooth_scroll.py 的 SmoothScroll.wheelEvent 的锅，具体原因需要再排查一下

我之前写列表的时候pyqt6生成的代码也有这个问题我记得
