张老师, 您好!正在用subphaser分一个异源四倍体的AB亚基因组,得到初步结果,请您帮忙看看。装出来的基因组共22条染色体,在subphaser分析后,一组为12条,另一组10条,目前这里比较迷惑,请您指点。结果如下图:

证据倒是支持“一组为12条,另一组10条”,问题不大,主要是chr2+3=20和15+22=14两处不平衡,可能是杂交前两祖先染色体数量就不同,或者杂交后发生染色体重排。类似情况在异源四倍体芸薹属中也有,参考http://doi.org/10.1093/bib/bbad513。
