Any updates on this?
I have tried several versions of torch but none would resolve for this matter:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch<1.7.0,>=1.6.0 (from kornia) (from versions: 1.11.0, 1.12.0, 1.12.1, 1.13.0, 1.13.1, 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.2.0, 2.2.1, 2.2.2) ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch<1.7.0,>=1.6.0
