[FEATURE REQUEST] PS3 support in same plugin

Currently we cannot run both ds4vita and ds3vita plugin at the same time
When I tried it, my dualshock4 would not be detected in the bluetooth on my vita.

I would like to request that the plugin can support both ps4 and ps3 controllers
so we only need to run one plugin
