  • Add example of simple, non-dynamic costs (i.e., no cost function)
  • Modify the cost function example to show realistic usage of dynamic costs

README: Improve path-finding examples

Show an example of finding a path without a cost function, improve the
cost function example so it's a bit more realistic, and add a note about
when a cost function should be used.
