Improve precision in blender, look for rounding, casting errors. #2

As can be seen from the render to print to scale extension the precision seems to be partially off by millimeters.

It is also discussed here where the new snapping functionality for blender 2.8+ currently resides:

Note world developers are currently working around the floating point precision quirks (e.g. cutting after the second position after the decimal point) by using 1m := 1mm for all 3D models.
