Is this the Gboard on-screen keyboard, a third-party keyboard app, or a physical keyboard? This repository has no control over it, but I can at least possibly direct you to the correct place to submit a bug report, if it hasn't been fixed already.

It's with my usb wireless keyboard (it doesn't matter which physical keyboard I use), on a Samsung S10+. It happens regardless of whether or not I use gboard or samsung keyboard. I have no idea how keyboard mapping works in Android. Is it a samsung issue? I have "English (US), Workman style" selected for both gboard & samsung keyboard, under Settings->"General management"->"Language and input"->"Physical keyboard".
