General

create teneto.stats module

NHSTing if network is not more "x" than random

allow for multiple ways to permute network (taken from Holme 2012).
allow for a networkmeasure(s) to be calculated on permuted network.
return permutation distribution.

NHSTing of network measure if groups of network-A are different to groups of network-B

shuffle groups regardless of measure.
