No.
I suppose it may make sense to add an option to inject user styles (or any other HTML bits) to support arbitrary customizations. Not sure how to document it.

For me, this is the missing factor right now. I use the app in an eink tablet and when you decrease font size the text width is just too much.

I don't know if there would be useful, but I could share some screenshots of the UI of the customization section of the Boox Reader.
