Describe the bug
No longer able to change the zoom setting in editor using Ctrl+mouse wheel.

To Reproduce

Open a file
Switch to editor mode
Use Ctrl+mouse wheel

Expected behavior
The editor view should adjust the zoom setting, making text larger or smaller in the editor window.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2
Working in version: 3.16.0
Broken in version: 3.17.0
