I was wondering if you had plans to let users create and manage VMs ?
It would be really awesome !

It's planned! It will be an application in the dashboard that will allow you to create virtual machines in the same way as instances.

Is the feature request for machines with UI or without UI?

Maybe Vagrant will be a good start for this
