Isolation intsaller for offline environment without internet ( online feature like Docker / npm / yarn ... etc. )

Additional context

Many companies only provide VM ( old version without container ) for LAN use due to security considerations.
VM without internet that can't use Docker / npm / yarn / composer .. etc. online features. to install the memos.
