Current behavior

Play this video on pause and move the slider to see the fade in effect.

You will notice a rectangle with a different color.

At the very beginning, the screen is black (this is maybe a WinUI limitation)

Expected behavior

Perfect fade in of the splascreen

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Use this test project where the background color is red to show better the issue Test.zip
