Highlight School District Border on Click

@mateoclarke I'm sorry if I'm not understanding this, but does this issue mean that the border should be highlighted each time a district is clicked on? I did add the highlight on zoom (on search function) and It wouldn't be difficult to implement that style change on click, along with the popup, but maybe instead of that mustard color on the existing highlight, it could be something more subtle? Just thickening the border? Does the yellow seem too much with the popup also coming up?
