Stuck when SSH connect to ARM host #1231

lnav version
v0.11.2 is the latest

Describe the bug
When using lnav to remotely SSH connect to an ARM host, the prompt keeps showing these in cycle:

Connecting to <remote_host_ip>:: Starting tailer...
Connecting to <remote_host_ip>:: Transferring tailer...
<remote_host_ip>: <home_dir>/tailer.bin.82022: Success

And the main view panel will never show the target log file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use lnav from a Mac (x86) to remotely view a log file on a Linux (ARM) host.
