Improve plugin installation feedback

Hi, I had the opportunity to conduct a Tropy + Tropiiify workshop a month ago.

When installing the plugin, many users thought they needed to click on "Install plugin" again after selecting the zip file.

Maybe changing the label to "Add plugin", moving the button to the top of the tab and/or showing a "Plugin installed successfully" message would help.

After selecting the ZIP file the new plugin should be added to the list -- did the users notice this, do you think? Or were there plugins installed already so that it was not obvious a new plugin had been added?

They were all on fresh Tropy installs so this was the first plugin being added.

It does show up on the list, but since the install button remains there they think they only 'staged' it for installation and need to click on it again, or at least that's my take on it... I think the message prompt or some other kind of feedback would suffice.
