Please start a new issue for different topics.

If you wish to create a standard NetCDF file, you'll need to strip all of the Xarray attributes from the output seisnc file as some are not compatible with standard NetCDF. Beyond that, I cannot help you with anything specific to ArcGIS.

SEGY-SAK v0.5 should no longer write attributes to seisnc/NetCDF4 files that are incompatible with standard NetCDF4.
