I want to create a sipder downloader Via the tor. I used the torpy ,It's more effective . But I can't visit FTP site.

To make it possible you need adapt ftplib.
Unfortunately ftplib doesn't support hooking connections out of box. But you can hack it somehow.

Sorry, but for now I more concentrated on new aiotor project may be it will be available there.
