Does this only happen when the 'trigger-message' is being sent by a user who is not mod/vip? |

This one's driving me a little loopy as there are no error messages and the account authenticates perfectly, joins channels and receives events as expected. But messages successfully sent with
client.say();only appear in chat if the bot's account is set to VIP or Mod. Console output is exactly what I'd expect:I'd love to know if anyone's experienced anything like this? I'm using v1.8.5. Thanks so much for your help!
