Only users logged into github can download artifacts from github actions. actions/upload-artifact#51 There is a service that allows us to bypass this limitation: https://github.com/oprypin/nightly.link

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion, I will consider it. At this moment, I have only two problems with it.

  1. The current nightly versions are very basic and targeted mostly for developers. They pretty often break things or change something, thus they are “a bit” not friendly for the players. 😄 Also, the current nightly build system is very basic, it requires a lot more work to produce more useful builds. This leads to the second issue.
  2. I plan to do a very big change to the project, related to its code. This change will take a lot of time, plus will not start too soon. I could start to work on the new version of nightly builds after this big change, to reduce the amount of work.

Thus, I'm afraid this proposition will take some time before it will be implemented. I can't give any real deadlines, etc. But I expect at least one year to wait before it happens, unless someone will do this proposition before me. 😉
