Removal of {context} from IDs

Hypothetically, we can move forward with removal of {context} from anchors and xrefs/links.

Before we start modifying the docs, we should identify places in Foreman code that need to be updated with the new links.

For Satellite, it's documentation.rb in foreman_theme_satellite.

I will think about this for a bit and report back with an idea. To do this properly, it might be a bigger project than "just" reading a list of links in a file.
