Currently, the profile component simply states the username and "Logout" or "Login" without any proper design features.

Detailed description

The goal is to create a more engaging user experience. Make it a bit more empathic / friendly. i.e. "Welcome, John Smith" or "Hi, Jane Doe". Also Logout or Log Out? Login or "Log In to your account"

Look for inspiration in other applications like WordPress, Wikipedia, Flickr, etc.
