I imagine Thang had some free time with this pandemic, so he could evaluate all PR's. Is there a specific PR you'd want reevaluated?

It look just like he closed all old pr/issues. Its done in a really small window of time so I doubt that its properly evaluated.

Most of the PR is out of date and author contributed to that PR does not response to my comment so I closed it. Will reopen again if they resolve my comment

They're out of date because no maintainer did take look at it, and a lot are closed without a comment or any discussion. And like I said, that's not really encouraging for the authors so I doubt they will reopen their PR's.
