I have an igpu (my intel graphics) and a dedicated gpu (nvidia geforce rtx 3060 mobile) and no matter what i do it always uses my igpu

"easy" way to fix it would be a hardware acceleration option.

ok so hardware acceleration just means that the app will luse gpu (ANY gpu) so go in graphics settings in windows settings and set priority that way

I apologize for the late response but this is what i found out.
it seems to show that it's using the dgpu but in reality it uses the igpu and the dgpu just copies the output frames
