  • BIOS version: 2023-09-08_42bf7a6
  • EC version: 2023-09-08_42bf7a6
  • OS: Pop!OS 22.04

When booting with HDMI attached, the system is very delayed (~45 seconds). Booting with no external display or DisplayPort attached and the boot completes in under 10 seconds.

Steps to reproduce

Boot with HDMI attached.

Expected behavior

No large difference in boot speeds.
