How would I generate synthetic patients in Japan?

I will reply while the US folks are asleep: See https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea-international. Note that from my personal experience: Medicine is really hyperlocal. We tell ourselves lots of lies that medicine is the same across countries, but it's not true. E.g. I heard that there is no sharp demarkation between "Inpatient" and "Outpatient" in Finland from an article about trying to implement Epic there. So do your best and keep us posted.
