I've been using Synthea for a dummy data generation project, and I've found that I'm not able to evolve a set of patients and generate new ones at the same time.
I don't know if this could be possible, but I believe it would be great to be able to generate a set of patients and, while evolving them, generate new patients, saving both new and evolved patients in the same snapshot file for later evolving them further.
However, I don't know the constraints behind the snapshot file generation nor the patient evolving, so if this is not possible, I would love to hear an explanation as to better understand Synthea's inner workings.
