(Feature) Increment/Decrement Encumbrance

I would like to see the ability to track current encumbrance compared to current encumbrance threshold, in a similar way that wounds or strain are tracked.

Ideally, I would like to see better inventory tracking in a similar form to the way talents and force powers are tracked. This way, an entry can be created for each item and the encumbrance value can be entered, tracked, and compared to current encumbrance threshold. However, I think being able to use buttons to increment current encumbrance would be a better place to start before taking on that sort of venture.

I will gladly create mockups of my "vision" if requested.
