For the new BattleForce Stormtroopers Heavy Response Unit we need to allow Heavy Weapon Upgrades, but disallow Gideon and Del who are unique and not part of the Battle Force.

Currently they have an "include" for "corps", adding an "exclude" for "Stormtroopers Heavy Response Unit" still results in them being equippable.
