As we generally have a new tab options in other programs , softwares etc. so it will be nice to have in this program too as it will help the user. If a user wants to work on two things then it can easily open up a new tab without disturbing anything in the previous tab, also it will reduce the time as if a person has to do then then he/she has to close the whole and then open again with new one and then try and then after try the particular thing, the user get back to the existing document and make changes. Moreover it gives more space also to work.

As per our discussion, I think adding tabbing to page through screenfuls of program elements maybe a simple solution to this issue. We already support Page Down and Page Up, but perhaps Tab could jump from Start Block to Start Block or Action Block to Action Block, which represent logical code boundaries.
