Idea for Turtle Blocks project for GSoC #354

We could add Turtle Blocks program as a GSOC project . In which we would be focusing on UI enhancement ,making more impressive also making good examples with proper documentation that also includes some real life objects too.
Moreover if we could also add some more features into it like if any particular command is given then some sound could be produced or when a particular shape is made completely then it gives some sound and also dialog message box is shown on completition of something

Moreover.... i think we need to go for next version of it !
