Issue still occurs in sugarv0.116 running on Debian 4.9. See closed #769.

Is a problem with Metacity, not Sugar. The fix is in Metacity.

A patch to fix the bug is GNOME/metacity@074af8f8

TODO:

Suggest to Debian metacity maintainer to fix this in buster.
Suggest to Ubuntu metacity maintainer to fix this in affected releases
Suggest to Fedora metacity maintainer to fix this in affected releases
