Erratic collapse action while collapsing a single block.

Description

On trying to collapse a block , sometimes the block just gets selected instead of collapsing and the delete icon pops up.There is erratic behaviour while clicking on the collapse button.

Expected Behaviour

The collapse button should work non-erratically.

How to Reproduce

Create a new MB project on an Ubuntu laptop and try to collapse the block using touch-pad.

Environment:

• Operating System: [Linux]
• Browser (if applicable): [e.g., Chrome]
