Current Behavior

whenever we click anywhere in wftTopbar it unmaximizes the widget window

Desired Behavior

the widget window should unmaximize only when we click maxmin button .

Hey @walterbender I am unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned in PR #3740
could u pls elaborate a bit what is exactly needed to solve this issue
