portable app update installs new non-portable instance #5555

When running an existing portable v3.0.0, it updates by installing the non-portable v3.0.2.

Reproduce:

place notesnook_win_x64_portable.exe in c:\PortableApps\
run it (already logged in)
it then auto-updates by placing the normal v3.0.2 in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Programs
instead of updating the .exe file in c:\PortableApps\

App version: 3.0.0-583d585b2-desktop
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
